Hey Hey! As you can see my name is Alethia. I'm a sort of new mom to an amazing little boy named Ashton. I am also engaged to my love and my baby daddy. I have two adorable Chihuahuas aka my other children. I am an animal lover. I am super laid back and I have an "I don't care" attitude, which is good and bad at times. Currently, I am studying to become a clinical psychologist but I still have a long way to go. I stay at home with my son during the day, which I love so much. I love being able to experience everything with him and see him flourish into his own person. Its weird, I never thought I would have kids but then I was given the wonderful surprise and I am now his mom.
Anyway, I love nail polish. I used to bite my nails as a kid which my mom hated. One day my brother told me a random fact that if you stop something for 30 days then you will be able to quit all together. I decided to test this fact and it worked. After I stopped biting my nails they grew nicely but they were really thin and would tear and break on everything! I couldn't go more than a couple of days without one breaking and deciding to cut them all and start over. So after that I basically gave up on growing my nails at all even though I had a small collection of nail polish. When I was pregnant with my son my nails grew crazy fast and they were gorgeous! I was so excited I started painting my nails all the time. I started getting a small collection going again. I used sites like makeupalley.com to swap with other ladies to try different polishes. This site is absolutely amazing by the way. So now I have a ton of polish and I love taking care of my hands and nails. I hope you enjoy this blog as much as I love doing it!
